Teen Workforce Development Program

The Teen Workforce Development Program is designed to expand and diversify the Y’s talent pipeline by exposing young people to careers at the YMCA. The program utilizes research-driven strategies that provide participants with paid career readiness, employability skills training, hands-on work experiences, professional mentorship, and more.

This program is open to high school students with a minimum 2.5 GPA and an Indiana resident. Teens must have the ability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to complete the program and must have reliable transportation.
