Stroke Clinic: Swim Aids 101

Learn how to (and when to) use a variety of training aids to take your swimming ability to the next level! Please note: This is not a swim lesson. Participants must know how to swim multiple lengths of the pool without assistance. Class participants must provide their own swimming accessories. This one-time class is $30 for facility members only.
